We will deliver within a 60 mile radius of Briggs, Texas, which includes Austin. Delivery outside the 60 mile radius will have a fuel surcharge applied to their bill for delivery. The fuel surcharge will be calculated according to distance, not a flat fee. Customers are always welcome to pick up in person at the ranch!!

These Angus yearlings will yield roughly 500 lbs. of HCW or 250 lbs. per each side. Perfect for Summer time grillin’ and Fall/Winter soups, stew and chili!! Maybe some Barbacoa or Menudo!!

My wife cooked these Beef Ribs in the oven using only our preferred dry rub from M & M Processing!! She cooked them at 225 degrees for about 4 hours or so....she might have basted them with some melted garlic butter a few times during the process!! She wouldn’t tell me...Lol
